Referrals for Seniors, Inc. (RFS) is a local 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization founded in 1999 to provide a low cost alternative non-medical homemaker program to help hundreds of homebound elderly citizens and disabled individuals keep up with Activities of Daily Living.
